Welcome to Canaseraga Soup & Coffee Company, nestled in the charming town of rural upstate New York. Since opening in March 2022 by Josie and Chef Jay, our cozy café has revitalized a historic Main Street property, once vacant for nearly three decades, into a bustling hub of connection and local charm. 

At Canaseraga Soup & Coffee Company, we cherish the values of community and connection, aiming to create a welcoming space where everyone feels at home. We are committed to offering dishes that not only tantalize the taste buds but also embody the spirit of the area. Our menu features locally beloved recipes such as the renowned Mastin’s breakfast sausage, made with ingredients sourced right from our community's farms.

Our café goes beyond serving food and drink; it’s a place where people come together. From cooking classes that explore local culinary techniques to open mic nights that celebrate local talent, and the showcasing of regional artists' work for sale, we foster an environment of creativity and camaraderie.

The opening of Canaseraga Soup & Coffee Company has also spurred new local investments, including an antique shop across the street, enhancing the weekend allure of visiting Canaseraga.
