At our coffee shop, we take immense pride in the exceptional quality and unique flavors of our coffee, sourced both from the renowned, and local, Finger Lakes Coffee Roasters (FLCR) and separately sourced exclusive house blends, currently from Latin America.

Our Special House Blends

We are also proud to offer a specialty coffee for our house blend, showcasing a white-label coffee that is sourced especially for us by one of our investors. He travels the world looking for exceptional coffees, and we brew it in the shop and sell it for home consumption as well. We are currently featuring a blend is sourced from small farms in Caicedo, Colombia. It is ethically sourced, shade grown, and fairly traded according to the strictest standards.

This Caicedo Washed Coffee is a phenomenal brew with an SCA score of 84 and higher. It’s perfect for elevating cappuccinos and lattes, and it offers an unparalleled taste. Produced under a cherry center business model, it supports economic development for many families in Caicedo. The head producer, Elkin, established and maintains a community buying center to purchase coffee bean production from small producers in the town. We are pleased to connect our local community with this extraordinary coffee while supporting families and farmers in rural Colombia. 

Finger Lakes Coffee Roasters

FLCR opened its doors in 1996 on the banks of the Erie Canal in Historic Bushnell’s Basin, New York. In 2007, FLCR expanded into a state-of-the-art Roasting Facility in Victor, NY. Their coffee is truly special; made under the expertise and dedication of Bob Cowdery, FLCR’s Roastmaster. With over 30 years of experience, Bob meticulously selects premium beans from around the globe, transforming them into rich, aromatic coffees that have captivated the taste buds of coffee enthusiasts throughout the Finger Lakes region and beyond. Bob, alongside his partner Larry Werges, roasts these beans in small, craft batches, and we are pleased to feature their roasts in our shop.
